Hotel Funding


All proposals are assessed on their own merit and a bespoke loan facility is tailored to the client’s individual needs and there are not hard and fast rules. As a guide loans are readily available on the following terms:
  • Funding up to 70% of purchase price or open market value
  • Repayment terms up to 25 years
  • Interest only periods available
  • Competitive Interest rates over LIBOR
